5 year old game, its old news and that's just a fact. People who are current players are either totally new or getting over being totally new or 4-5 year players...enticing people to play during dead hours because there might be a potential exploit of getting free fame is no way to get an arena like HA going again.
Why? because the peopel that show up to MAYBE get the free fame after 12 minutes are more than likely going to be bad players. Also, if teams dont get to take advantage of the suggested free fame they will simply rage quit after losing once or twice....

Let me take 7 heros.
HA is now almost semi playable.
Even any of these suggestions done would do a lot to the arena , however it wasn't done in the past.... What i mean is that almost every area has easy solutions to fix the format , but either bad solutions are taken or even none.
I really don't know if this is because of the fact that they are only 2 in developers team or because they don't play the game ( when they were more , it's not like better updates were done...)...

About those 4mn halls : it wouldn't do anything apart of Capture points 3 ways.Relics would remain exactly same , and KoTh would be exactly same than right now with lower timer : blue team is going to hold 3 points , then it relies on pure luck. Either yellow caps , red resigns , either yellow caps , red gank them blue wins , either blue gets ganked.
For 1v1 Koth and relic , red team can instantly resign at begin.
